Overview
The role of an Admin and Finance Officer in Jahan Sky Educational Consultancy and Travel Agency encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's administrative and financial functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Tasks: Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
2. Financial Management: Overseeing the company's financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial analysis, and preparing regular financial reports.
3. Human Resources: Assisting with HR functions, such as maintaining personnel records, coordinating recruitment processes, managing employee onboarding, and supporting payroll administration.
4. Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including financial documents, contracts, invoices, and client information.
5. Compliance and Regulation: Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, such as data protection laws, tax requirements, and licensing obligations.
6. Communication and Coordination: Facilitating effective communication within the organization, maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, and coordinating with external service providers.
7. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational and financial issues proactively, implementing efficient processes, and suggesting improvements to enhance overall productivity.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required.
2. Experience: Prior experience in administrative and financial roles is preferred, ideally in the education or travel industry.
3. Financial Skills: Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and bookkeeping. Knowledge of accounting software and systems is advantageous.
4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
